We began organizing the Official National Circuit in 2017. Since then, the Spain AeroPress Championship® has evolved into one of the most respected and dynamic competitions in the world.

In 2025, we held 14 Regional Championships across Spain, reaching a milestone of 115 Regional Championships and 8 National Finals since the beginning of the circuit. This season set a new record with more than 360 competitors taking part nationwide.

On Saturday, October 11, from 10:00h, and just steps away from the Sagrada Familia, the 8th National Final took place at Manhattan Studio (Carrer d’Aragó, 425 – 08013 Barcelona). The top 60 finalists from all over the country competed using the official coffee roasted by the Spain Roasters Champion 2025: Familia Osorio.

After an intense day of competition, Sofía Saud was crowned Spain AeroPress Champion 2025, marking one of the most exciting and vibrant seasons in Spain’s coffee competition history.

Sofía will go on to represent Spain at the World AeroPress Championship in Seoul, Korea.
